Do I need to register to place an order?
Yes, you will need to register by entering a username and password before you can proceed to purchase.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Despatch for UK delivery is usually within 2 working days and delivery within 1-5 working days depending on the delivery option selected.

How does the click and collect service work?
There is a once-a-month delivery option to Keppel Street for LSHTM staff and students. Orders received before 1.00pm on the last working day of the month will be available for collection the following week. These orders will be held for 5 working days. LSHTM shall get in touch to advise collection arrangements when your order is ready for collection.

We accept all major credit cards i.e. Mastercard, Visa, using the Global payments secure online payment system or you can pay securely via PayPal.
