I need to return my order, how do I do this?

Please complete the Return Form to submit a return, someone will then be in touch within 24 hours on how to return your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Despatch for UK delivery is usually within 2 working days and delivery within 1-5 working days depending on the delivery option selected. Please note that Made to Order items have a lead time of 5-7 days.

My delivery hasn't arrived, can you help?

How does the click and collect service work?

There is a once-a-month delivery option to Keppel Street for LSHTM staff and students. Orders received before 1.00pm on the last working day of the month will be available for collection the following week. These orders will be held for 5 working days. LSHTM shall get in touch to advise collection arrangements when your order is ready for collection.
