Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. However there is a small delivery charge of £7.50 if your order is under £30 +VAT.

How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation with a unique number once you have placed your order. If you require a proof of delivery, another receipt or further information please call the appropriate number on the Streamline Contact page and ask for the LSHTM account manager.

How is my order packaged?
We ensure all shipments are packaged appropriately for the size and transportation method required. If a box we are sending out is not full, we make sure to fill the gaps with bubble wrap or paper so that items are kept secure during transit.

What happens if I need to cancel my order?
If for whatever reason you needed to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate this. It is important to note, however, that if the products have already been dispatched there will be a cost incurred.


What are your payment methods?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Please note, we do not provide credit or accept bank transfer for website orders.

Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take?
Items in stock and ordered before 14.00 will be dispatched the same day. UK orders will be dispatched on a next-day delivery service, however, please allow up to 2 working days. Otherwise, delivery times will vary depending on the item and the final location, allow up to 5 working days for European countries.

Can I deliver to the LSHTM?
Yes, you can deliver for free to the LSHTM. Select pickup at Keppel Street, LSHTM during the checkout process.

Orders using this service will be dispatched once a month and available for collection from around the 4th of every month. These orders will need to be processed by 28th of each month. Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email confirming the collection point. Orders will be held for 5 working days only. 

Can you distribute an order to multiple locations?
No, this will need to placed as two (or more) orders to ensure tracking of each delivery is possible.

If I do not like a product or the size is not right can the item be returned?
Where possible we will try to accomodate this. It is important to note, however, that delivery costs will be lost and a refunding fee will be applied. Please complete a LSHTM Promotional Merchandise Returns Form to organise.

Can I get a refund if products have arrived damaged?
Yes, please complete a LSHTM Promotional Merchandise Returns Form with details of the issueAs noted in the Terms and Conditions – any damage caused to the goods in transit must be reported to Streamline in writing with photographic evidence of such damage within 5 days of delivery.
