Made To Order Terms and Conditions
Made-to-Order Items
Products marked as Made-to-Order are manufactured or customised specifically to the customer’s requirements.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production.
Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described in accordance with your statutory rights.
Customer Agreement
At the time of purchase, customers are required to confirm their understanding of this policy by ticking the box provided on the product page before checkout.
By ticking this box, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

The item is being made specifically to their order.

The order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once placed.
Artwork Submission

All artwork supplied by the customer must be of sufficient quality and resolution to ensure a satisfactory print result.

We review all submitted artwork before production. If the artwork provided is of poor quality, we may request a higher-resolution file or make reasonable adjustments to improve the final output.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any artwork that is offensive, derogatory, discriminatory, or politically motivated.

By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they hold the necessary rights or permissions to use the design.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If a made-to-order item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was ordered, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
In such cases, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with our statutory obligations.
